Please note that this is a remote position. You will report to the Montreal office and must be able to work in the Eastern Time (ET) time zone before moving to an overlapping work schedule.

Take your ambitions to the next level

  • Support internal experts in:

    • analyzing, understanding and defining their needs and business processes in order to guide them in choosing appropriate technological solutions that are fully integrated into the enterprise architecture;

    • the conversion of entities to be integrated, and ensure that data is extracted (or collected), cleaned and loaded into the Fusion platform.

  • Configure applications according to the internal client’s needs and specifications;

  • Follow up:

    • and/or implement solutions with internal clients on the status of various requests related to requirements and deliverables, both in project mode and for continuous improvements, and provide support associated with issues;

    • on critical and repetitive problems with a major impact, and ensure their complete and definitive resolution.

  • Develop unit, integrated and system tests;

  • Implement applications by defining parameters and integrating them into the system.

Does this sound like you?

  • University degree in accounting or equivalent;

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a functional analyst with Oracle Cloud software;

  • Experience with the Billing (Project Billing), Receivables (AR), Payables (AP), Expense Reports (IeX) and Cash Management (CE) modules in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials;

  • Proficiency in North American accounting standards;

  • Assets:

    • Oracle Cloud certification;

    • Knowledge of:

      • TAX;

      • tools related to the data import capability of the various Oracle Cloud Fusion applications: Import Management, External Data Integration Services, REST/SOAP API Services and FBDI;

      • Oracle EBS.

  • Planning skills;

  • Agility and ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects in parallel;

  • Management of the quality of your work by demonstrating professional rigour, meticulousness and attention to detail;

  • Proactivity, initiative and ability to ask clarifying questions;

  • Client focus;

  • Team spirit and ability to maintain good relations with colleagues;

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills:

    • Fluency in spoken and written English required due to exposure, collaboration and regular communication with collaborators in Canada and the U.S.;

    • An advanced level of French is an asset.
