Take your ambitions to the next level

  • Manage the business analysis, software development, implementation, and production support of Microsoft D365 CE/CRM implementation projects;

  • Be responsible for overall project management, including:

    • project budget;

    • project planning and estimation;

    • recruiting and resource planning;

    • project delivery and implementation.

  • Communicate project direction and status to the client while managing expectations and building successful client relationships;

  • Maintain all project deliverables and documentation in the repository, including project status reports, budget reports, fit/gap analyses, FDDs, and DAFs;

  • Ensure that all deliverables are of high quality, thorough, uploaded in parallel with the project timeline, and delivered as defined by the SOW;

  • Write thorough and high-quality project status and budget reports, and distribute them in the timeframe stated in the SOW;

  • Ensure timely and accurate scheduling of team members;

  • Using LCS and VSTS tools as defined by Alithya’s methodology throughout the project;

  • Perform quarterly project team member reviews.

Does this sound like you?

  • Higher education CE/CRM implementation experience;

  • Proven ability and experience to manage the development portion of a project;

  • Comfortable operating as a business consultant as well as a project manager;

  • Strong leader and ability to multitask;

  • Bright, articulate, and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills;

  • Assets:

    • Previous Microsoft D365 CE/CRM implementation experience,

    • Previous Microsoft D365 ERP implementation experience.

  • Advanced skills in English are required to communicate with clients directly.
