Manage the business analysis, software development, implementation, and production support of Microsoft D365 CE/CRM implementation projects;

Be responsible for overall project management, including:
-
project budget;
-
project planning and estimation;
-
recruiting and resource planning;
-
project delivery and implementation.

Communicate project direction and status to the client while managing expectations and building successful client relationships;
-
Maintain all project deliverables and documentation in the repository, including project status reports, budget reports, fit/gap analyses, FDDs, and DAFs;
-
Ensure that all deliverables are of high quality, thorough, uploaded in parallel with the project timeline, and delivered as defined by the SOW;
-
Write thorough and high-quality project status and budget reports, and distribute them in the timeframe stated in the SOW;
-
Ensure timely and accurate scheduling of team members;
-
Using LCS and VSTS tools as defined by Alithya’s methodology throughout the project;
-
Perform quarterly project team member reviews.

Does this sound like you?

Higher education CE/CRM implementation experience;
-
Proven ability and experience to manage the development portion of a project;
-
Comfortable operating as a business consultant as well as a project manager;
-
Strong leader and ability to multitask;
-
Bright, articulate, and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills;

Assets:
-
Previous Microsoft D365 CE/CRM implementation experience,
-
Previous Microsoft D365 ERP implementation experience.

Advanced skills in English are required to communicate with clients directly.
