Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant, Benefits and Compensation, Managed Services

Take your ambitions to the next level

As an Oracle HCM support functional consultant, you will provide day-to-day support for Oracle HCM Cloud clients for Benefits and Compensation modules using the Jira ticketing system. You will engage with multiple clients across various industries, primarily in healthcare. If you are an experienced consultant with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and a collaborative spirit, then this role is for you.

• Handle support tickets;

• Suggest and work on enhancements;

• Optimize processes for clients;

• Deliver training;

• Conduct testing;

• Manage footprint expansions and roll out new features during quarterly releases;

• Provide remote postproduction support for live clients.

When it just clicks!

Does this sound like you?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM applications, as well as consulting experience (implementation or support);

• Functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules;

• Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel, Teams and Outlook;

• Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and as part of a team.

Assets:

• Healthcare industry experience;

• OTBI reporting skills;

• Knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management., Learning and Recruiting, as well as Fast Formulas.
