Take your ambitions to the next level

  • Provide domain, functional and technical expertise;

  • Provide Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire cloud application service implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud projects;

  • Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud;

  • Work with:

    • companies on-site or remotely to deploy Oracle HCM:

      • Guide clients through Oracle-delivered functionality;

      • Advise clients on best practices;

      • Map business processes to the delivered functionality;

      • Document customer requirements;

      • Configure application functionality;

      • Assist with testing;

      • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers.

    • peers to continuously improve the delivery model to provide the most value to clients while increasing project delivery efficiency;

    • and mentor junior level associates to ensure their professional growth and ability to contribute to company growth.

  • Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables;

  • Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them;

  • Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions;

  • Develop end-user documentation and training materials;

  • Deliver end-user training;

  • Provide status and issue reports to the project manager on a regular basis.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree;

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a functional lead role;

  • Experience:

    • with Oracle Cloud;

    • in any of the following modules: Core Human Resources (HR), Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor (OTL).

  • Knowledge of Cloud HCM processes;

  • Assets:

    • Experience with additional modules (i.e., Payroll, HR Core, Benefits, Absence, etc.);

    • Experience leading implementations;

    • Oracle certification.

  • Successful track record working with Oracle HRMS (HCM) modules, as well as prior related business experience;

  • Self-motivation and ability to plan work effort and manage priorities;

  • Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers;

  • Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner;

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;

  • Detail-oriented person with strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Lead Experience:

  • Experience leading:

    • small teams (2-4 people);

    • design sessions.

  • Experience creating:

    • requirements and design documents;

    • parallel testing strategy and approach.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and Microsoft Project.

Language skills:
  • French: Not Required
