Provide domain, functional and technical expertise;

Provide Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire cloud application service implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud projects;

Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud;

Work with:
-
companies on-site or remotely to deploy Oracle HCM:
-
Guide clients through Oracle-delivered functionality;
-
Advise clients on best practices;
-
Map business processes to the delivered functionality;
-
Document customer requirements;
-
Configure application functionality;
-
Assist with testing;
-
Maintain ongoing relationships with customers.
-

peers to continuously improve the delivery model to provide the most value to clients while increasing project delivery efficiency;

and mentor junior level associates to ensure their professional growth and ability to contribute to company growth.

Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables;

Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them;

Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions;

Develop end-user documentation and training materials;

Deliver end-user training;

Provide status and issue reports to the project manager on a regular basis.

Does this sound like you?

Bachelor’s degree;
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a functional lead role;
-
Experience:
-
with Oracle Cloud;
-
in any of the following modules: Core Human Resources (HR), Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor (OTL).
-

Knowledge of Cloud HCM processes;
-
Assets:
-
Experience with additional modules (i.e., Payroll, HR Core, Benefits, Absence, etc.);
-
Experience leading implementations;
-
Oracle certification.
-
-
Successful track record working with Oracle HRMS (HCM) modules, as well as prior related business experience;
-
Self-motivation and ability to plan work effort and manage priorities;
-
Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers;
-
Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner;
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
-
Detail-oriented person with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Lead Experience:

Experience leading:
-
small teams (2-4 people);
-
design sessions.
-

Experience creating:
-
requirements and design documents;
-
parallel testing strategy and approach.
-

Familiarity with project management methodologies and Microsoft Project.
