Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Cloud SCM lead consultant, you will provide domain, functional and technical expertise required to effectively design and implement supply chain solutions on Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Chain modules such as Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Cost Management. You will work with a cross-functional team to deliver a complete ERP solution, while leading and providing direction to the supply chain project team.

This position is open to candidates across the United States.

Your day-to-day

  • Provide functional expertise on projects and initiatives involving the Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Chain modules (Inventory Management and Procurement), as well as their integration with other internal and external boundary applications;

  • Work with the client’s supply chain functions to capture and map business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality, identifying gaps and advising clients on options, risks, and value propositions;

  • Ensure the generation and accuracy of the requirements document, the Oracle Cloud configuration, and the conversion and cutover activities pertaining to the Supply Chain modules;

  • Develop use and test cases to test the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP and participate in the execution of such test cases;

  • Provide support to the testing team and end users during the various test cycles, ensuring remediation or disposition of test case failures or anomalies as needed;

  • Ensure that all capabilities delivered align with original business objectives, application service levels, IT strategies, and design intent;

  • Support project execution methodology, report on project progress, and aggressively identify and manage issues to closure.

Keys to your success

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher;

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, with multiple Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Inventory and/or Procurement implementation experiences;

  • Experience leading a team of 2 to 4 consultants;

  • Proficiency with data conversion and migration from a legacy system into an Oracle Cloud environment;

  • Working knowledge of current Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Chain module functionality and upcoming features and enhancements, as well as the interaction of SCM modules with other internal modules and external applications;

  • Understanding of data conversion and migration options for SCM modules;

  • Experience with flexible, innovative, and fast-paced work environments;

  • Excellent communication skills (written, spoken and presentation) with the ability to communicate and interact with senior and executive-level management and influence outcomes.

Extra edge

  • Oracle Cloud certification in Inventory, Procurement, and/or Cost Management;

  • Previous healthcare, hospital or financial services industry experience.
