The Oracle Cloud Tax Reporting Lead Consultant will provide the domain, functional and technical expertise required to effectively design and implement solutions on the Oracle TRCS module.

  • Provide techno-functional expertise on projects and initiatives involving Oracle Cloud Tax Reporting as well as its integration with other internal and external boundary applications;

  • Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle EPM projects;

  • Work with companies on-site or remotely to deploy Oracle EPM;

  • Guide customers through Oracle-delivered functionality;

  • Advise customers on best practices, map business processes to delivered functionality, document customer requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing;

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers;

  • Work with peers to continuously improve the delivery model to provide the most value to customers while increasing project delivery efficiency;

  • Work with and mentor junior-level associates to ensure their professional growth and ability to contribute to company growth.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher;

  • Minimum five years of experience in Oracle HTP/TRCS implementations or similar tax provisioning software;

  • Experience delivering tax reporting workflows and related ETR KPIs and dashboards;

  • Understanding of detailed tax provision calculations, reporting and compliance;

  • Demonstrated development of CBCR across multiple jurisdictions for statutory filings;

  • Functional knowledge of financial consolidations and the Oracle EPM suite;

  • Experience in a flexible, innovative, and fast-paced work environment;

  • Superior communication skills (written, spoken and presentation) with the ability to communicate and interact with senior- and executive-level management and influence outcomes.
