As an Oracle Hyperion support consultant, you will provide day-to-day technical support for Oracle Hyperion (On-Prem) clients within a helpdesk shared services environment using the Jira ticketing system. You will engage with multiple clients across various industries, working as part of a team that supports and maintains the application infrastructure for Oracle EPM/Hyperion applications.

Work on support tickets, recommend enhancements and optimize client processes, on or for multiple products and platforms;

Provide remote postproduction support for live clients;

Offer technical solutions to application issues for both admins and users;
-
Maintain the application infrastructure for Oracle EPM applications;
-
Support application upgrades, projects and improvements;
-
Collaborate to develop enhancements and improvements to finance systems to support business needs;
-
Develop and update documentation for compliance, technical guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Does this sound like you?

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field;
-
Experience:
-
troubleshooting EPM components in Windows/Linux EPM from version 11.1.2.4 to 11.2.8+, including Shared Services, Financial Reporting, Essbase, HFM, FDMEE, Classic FDM, Planning and DRM;
-
upgrading/patching EPM from version 11.1.2.4 to 11.2.8+;
-
managing EPM on Windows (2008 – 2019) and Linux OS (6-8);
-
with client-side troubleshooting (SmartView, Java, Citrix and EAS);
-
troubleshooting issues through screenshares without screen control;
-
developing out-of-the box solutions and workarounds for clients without Oracle support licenses;
-
installing and configuring EPM on-premises;
-
with application administration on Linux and Windows servers;
-
serving as an on-prem technical resource for versions 11.1.2.4 to 11.2.8+;
-
performing migrations between environments (Prod to Dev).

Ability to organize and multi-task, work with a team as well as independently and manage time effectively.
Assets:

Experience with Python, batch, or PowerShell scripting.
