You will play a key role in driving our internal projects, including deploying and enhancing multiple integrations within our systems. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring the Oracle Cloud HCM solution, considering the specific needs of each internal stakeholder involved. Leveraging your expertise, you will take initiatives and lead actions to ensure project progress.

You will also support Human Capital’s senior management in analyzing, understanding, and defining their needs and business processes to guide them in choosing appropriate technological solutions that are fully integrated into the enterprise architecture.

  • Design and implement the various architectural designs for the Oracle Cloud HCM solution;

  • Configure applications according to the needs and specifications of internal clients;

  • Monitor or implement solutions with internal clients regarding the status of various requests pertaining to requirements and deliverables, both in project mode and for continuous improvement, and provide problem support;

  • Carry out development as well as unit, integrated and system testing;

  • Implement applications by defining parameters and integrating them into the system;

  • Follow up on critical and repetitive problems with a major impact and ensure that they are fully and definitively resolved.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other job-related training;

  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a functional analyst with the Oracle Cloud HCM suite;

  • Experience in designing, configuring, and implementing the Oracle Cloud HCM solution;

  • Specialization in the Benefits and Compensation module of Oracle HCM Cloud;

  • Experience in implementing the Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) solution (asset);

  • Client focus;

  • Ability to maintain good relations with colleagues;

  • Planning skills;

  • Autonomy;

  • Good work quality management.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate and collaborate on a daily basis with Oracle practice teams outside of Quebec as well as the Board of Directors of the Canada and US Centre of Excellence.
