The true value of a tool like CRM has probably never been more apparent than in the past year. For the majority of us, we have transitioned from face to face contact to completely virtual. This shift has changed the way we work and use CRM, but, has your team actually been trained on how to get the most benefit out of the system? Likely the answer is, no.

At Alithya we have developed two main tracks to help your team become more productive and develop a deeper understanding of the tools they use everyday in Dynamics 365 (CRM).

  1. For your IT/Admins, we have the Black Belt series which will get them to better understand the possibilities that the tool provides. This series has been updated for 2020 and gives the learners best practices and practical applications to use immediately.

  2. For your Sales team and other users of CE, we have a series of courses designed to increase their productivity . We do this by helping them map what they do everyday to the software’s capabilities.

We understand that most companies have had to tighten their belts this year which is why we are reducing our Course Files option from $12K to $3,500 until the end of 2020. This gets you access to our end user files (Sales, Manager, Marketing, Power Bi, Field Service, Customer Service), as well as access to D365 University for your team members to take Black Belt.
