We are seeking a D365 CE Configuration Consultant. In this client-facing role, you will gather requirements, provide knowledge and recommendations, and configure a Dynamics 365 system according to customer requirements. As a Microsoft Business Applications Consultant, you will configure Dynamics CRM solutions and apply your proficiency in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

Does this sound like you?

BS (BSc) degree or higher;
At least three (3) years of implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Microsoft Dynamics 365 for sales, marketing, field service and PSA;
Minimum four (4) years of experience as a CE consultant (project management experience is helpful);
In-depth knowledge of the CRM industry and products, minimum two (2) years of systems design or information systems experience;
Familiarity with relational database concepts;
Ability to meet deadlines using strong organizational habits;
Strong configuration and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities in a dynamic and energizing environment;
Excellent team-building and mentoring skills with a strong customer service orientation;
Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to effectively present information to senior executives, public groups or boards of directors;
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed;
Bright, articulate and motivated, with excellent interpersonal and writing skills;
Must be bilingual in French and English. Level expected:
- French: Proficient
- English: Proficient
