Take your ambitions to next level
  • Work with a team of skilled engineers, designers, procurement contractors, vendors, and other project support staff/stakeholders;
  • Manage nuclear-related projects. Manage staff and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective, safe, and timely completion of projects to meet or exceed client expectations;
  • Develop, track, and maintain project schedules and budgets;
  • Identify and manage project risks;
  • Manage change control of projects;
  • Authorize commitments of expenditure on the project and approve payment of invoices;
  • Provide leadership to the Project team;
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and other shareholders;
  • Be responsible for client delivery and establishing requirements as per procurement procedure.

Does this sound like you?

  • University degree in Engineering or technical degree/diploma and PMP certification;
  • 2-4 years of working experience as a Project Manager on nuclear/power-related projects (preferred);
  • Working experience in the principles and practices of nuclear engineering as applied to design and construction of projects (preferred);
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with interaction with multiple project teams;
  • Experience:
    • with industry-related scheduling systems (MS Project, Primavera);
    • using MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
    • preparing proposals and Change Order Requests for clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing project execution plans and budgets;
  • Effective communication, writing, organization, and presentation skills;
  • Nuclear experience (an asset);
  • Languages required:
    • English: 4/4
