The Training Delivery Specialist reports directly to the Manager, Training Delivery and works under the strategic direction of the Director, Learning Experience.

Key responsibilities of the Training Delivery Specialist include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Present content with clarity and confidence;
  • Engage, manage, and lead individuals and teams;
  • Communicate with clarity, precision and influence;
  • Actively understand learners' needs, and adapt to meet those needs;
  • Collaborate with Content/WFM/Tels/etc., to ensure effective delivery;
  • Be creative in handling ad hoc situations without hesitation;
  • Identify, measure, and evaluate learner skills and outcomes;
  • Manage time to effectively deliver a unique, clear message;
  • Manage solutions, files, documentation, etc., per internal and client requirements;
  • Track time spent on all solutions;
  • Learn and maintain expert knowledge of core and supplemental applications;
  • Provide a minimum of five (5) hours per month of dedicated phone support;
  • Participate in internal and customer meetings as assigned or required;
  • Make recommendations to the training manager;
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Additional responsibilities of the Training Delivery Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and design content for various delivery methods and platforms;
  • Collaborate with the client, SMEs, TEL, etc., to obtain information needed for client solutions;
  • Use various tools to enhance solutions, such as:
    • guides;
    • videos;
    • ILT modules, etc.
  • Manage projects within the required timeframe for successful delivery.

Does this sound like you?
  • One (1) year of training experience;
  • One (1) year of training content development experience;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects to meet implementation deadlines;
  • Strict attention to detail;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in core and supplemental applications;
  • Desired qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree;
    • Advanced proficiency in core and supplemental applications;
    • Proficiency in another language (e.g. Spanish, Mandarin, etc.);
    • Three (3) or more years of training experience;
    • Three (3) or more years of experience in training content development;
    • One (1) or more years of experience in graphic and video design and editing.
  • Ability to adapt to irregular schedules and schedule changes with little notice;
  • Travel for extended periods (up to three consecutive weeks);
  • Valid passport;
  • Valid driver's license (or government-issued ID);
  • Communication with teams in both French and English languages. Level expected:
    • French: 4/4
    • English: 4/4
