Reporting to the Senior Integration Manager, the Integrator is responsible for the production of graphic elements and content related to offers and marketing projects through content management tools (CMS).

In a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, the integrator plays a central role in the timely delivery of marketing requests and initiatives on our client's digital platforms.

  • Update content and upload to the client's digital platforms via a CMS tool;
  • Integrate the elements to allow the personalization/contextualization of the customer experience;
  • Participate in the creation of new web graphic concepts;
  • Develop the  company's visual communications for the web, mobile and other platforms;
  • Validate completed work before sending it for approval;
  • Identify optimizations and communicate technical and operational issues, if any;
  • Optimize search engine optimization (SEO) and organic results;
  • Ensure compliance with client graphic standards and processes, industry standards and best practices (HTML, CSS and WCAG);
  • Respond to internal client needs and requests;
  • Update documentation related to changes that are made;
  • Be proactive: as a team member, take initiatives to improve processes, and solve problems that may arise;
    • Suggest improvement opportunities;
    • Provide regular updates;
    • Remain responsive to the needs of the team and the partners.
  • Manage stress: maintain stable performance under pressure;

When it just clicks!

Does this sound like you?
  • College diploma in multimedia integration, computer graphics, web programming or web integration;
  • Two (2) years experience in a similar role;
  • Experience on Drupal and Shopify, an asset;
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS (JavaScript, an asset);
  • Knowledge of:
    • Photoshop;
    • Good practices in web integration;
    • Techniques and constraints of web referencing or (SEO).
  • Understanding of the constraints of multi-platform environments;
  • Enjoy working in a team;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
  • Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:
    • French: 4/4
    • English: 3/4
