Take your ambitions to the next level

Participate in the technological transformation of a project;
Diagnose problems and outages encountered by users or technicians, and take appropriate action;
Receive, prioritize, document and follow up on assigned requests;
Ensure that unit and integrated tests are performed according to schedule;
Actively participate in activities that promote service improvement and the evolution of the service offering;
Provide support and training to system users;
Carry out all other related tasks.

Does this sound like you?

Experience:
- with a project management tool (Jira, Redmine, etc.);
- in web development;
- in automated test programming (e.g., unit tests).
Methodical and rigorous with a problem-solving mindset;
Good sense of initiative, proactivity, autonomy and resourcefulness;
Languages required:
- French: 4/4
- English: 3/4
