Please note that this is a hybrid position based in Austin, Texas. The candidate will be working with U.S.-based clients during their office hours. There is no travel required for this position.

Take your ambitions to the next level
  • Source and manage a diverse candidate pipeline, with active and passive candidates, by using e-recruitment tools, including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, University sourcing, and social and digital media channels;
  • Consult and advise HR leads and hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of their talent needs while effectively managing expectations and overseeing the recruiting and hiring process;
  • Provide professional and responsive communications to all stakeholders throughout the recruiting process;
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for a variety of roles and at different levels, including phone/video interviews, using assessment tools as needed;
  • Understand our total compensation/benefits package, company policies, practices, and differentiators, and confidentially communicate them to the candidates;
  • Maintain and drive key talent acquisition metrics using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Bullhorn, including updating candidate records, resumes, email marketing lists, salary requirements, and individual candidate notes;
  • Quickly build a conversational understanding of complex technical requirements to identify potential candidates accurately;
  • Utilize a consultative approach and follow a strategic recruitment plan to source candidates through cold calls and direct recruitment activity proactively;
  • Maintain and post job descriptions on third-party career boards.

Does this sound like you?
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of prior experience in IT/Technical Recruitment or Human Resources (preferred);
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Experience specifically sourcing Oracle professional talent in technical, functional, engineering, and sales roles, including senior-level positions for multiple locations;
  • Experience in an environment that incorporates metrics and data in the talent acquisition approach;
  • Solid understanding of and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Previous experience:
    • working for a Partner/Consulting organization, a plus;
    • using Bullhorn ATS is strongly desired.
  • Self-starter;
  • Ability to influence and negotiate during the offer process;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access);
  • Languages required:
    • English: Proficient
