Take your ambitions to the next level
  • Receive incoming calls from clients and assist them in solving technical problems with their products and services;
  • Use your training as well as your interest in new technological products to act as an expert in the extension of technical cases;
  • Be able to take care of the client, offer reassurance and provide the necessary support to ensure a positive, incomparable experience;
  • Create a climate of trust conductive to customer loyalty.

Does this sound like you?
  • A positive client-centred attitude facilitating friendly and empathetic contact;
  • High school diploma;
  • An expert in customer service who is passionate about technology;
  • Can provide an Agile diagnosis for a variety of technical problems whilst simplifying the client’s life;
  • Finds different software and applications easy to navigate;
  • Able to work 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Sunday (on rotation);
  • Languages required:
    • French :4/4 
    • English: 4/4
