Please note that this position is fully remote and oversees the United States. Candidates can be located anywhere in the U.S. and will report to our office in Alpharetta.

Take your ambitions to the next level

You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing business solution opportunities. You will be the primary face-to-face contact with prospects tasked with identifying and selling our solutions. Your contribution will be vital in our effort to grow our business within our Oracle U.S. practice. Your focus will be to schedule and attend meetings with decision-makers in order to identify new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting, opportunity identification/qualification with prospects.

  • Seek and nurture prospects for Oracle solutions;
  • Follow up on responses (leads) from our marketing programs including:
    • Webcasts;
    • Media Sponsorships;
    • Content Marketing (blogs, eBooks, videos);
    • PPC;
    • Terminus/ABM;
    • Social Media;
    • Targeted Email Campaigns;
    • Virtual/Onsite Conferences and Events;
    • Contact Us Page.
  • Nurture target accounts identified by BDMs for marketing initiatives;
  • Use BANT to qualify a deal before handoff to a rep (conversion to SQO);
  • Qualify and/or nurture leads from marketing qualified lead (MQL) or sales qualified lead (SQL) to the sales qualified opportunity (SQO) process in CRM;
  • Answer chat function for leads routed to the U.S. Oracle Practice.

When it just clicks!

Does this sound like you?
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a business development role for a B2B software/services company;
  • Proven track record of building sales pipeline, including qualifying deals for complex technology sales cycles for EPM, ERP and HCM;
  • Experience using:
    • CRM and HubSpot to manage work;
    • tools such as Sales Navigator to conduct research prior to making calls.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ecosystem;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to talk and listen - and know when to do each;
  • During Covid, travel is limited to client sites, but will resume to 25.0 % of the time;
  • Languages required:
    • English: 4/4
