Please note that this position is fully remote, but will require occasionally working in the Montreal office after the pandemic. Candidates must have an eligible work permit for Canada and be fluent in French.

Take your ambitions to the next level

You will be part of a very dynamic and harmonious team that operates in a fast and agile environment (within the Talent Acquisition department) to respond to various requests for content review and translation from our clientele located in Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa and Toronto. Your interest in languages, your ability to produce quality documents, as well as your thoroughness and good humor will contribute to the outreach of our services.

  • Format and correct curricula vitae and other documents in English and French (linguistic revision, rewriting, typographical corrections, layout);
  • Reread documents which have been written/revised by your peers;
  • Proofread and post job offers on the company’s website;
  • Translate documents for various internal clients (from French to English);
  • Actively participate in the search for improvement (process, well-being) and activities for both the Talent Acquisition department and the company.

Does this sound like you?
  • A bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline (linguistics, communication, social sciences or similar);
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience;
  • Impeccable English and advanced French skills (both spoken and written);
  • Translation skills and experience (asset);
  • Capability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Mastery of Microsoft Word;
  • A good sense of organization and able to manage priorities;
  • Attention to detail, high concentration skills, proactivity and professionalism.
