Take your ambitions to the next level
We are seeking a Project Manager to work directly under the Vice President of the company.
  • Liaise with program experts of other leading Canadian companies, health medical practitioners, clinic directors, and a company-wide multi-disciplinary team (Privacy, Legal, Communications, IT);
  • Lead a multi-faceted, enterprise-wide program, partnering with leaders and stakeholders across multiple business units;
  • Develop and implement a leading edge program that will meaningfully advance our knowledge and expertise in the area of rapid COVID screening/testing;
  • Work closely with senior leaders representing the Emergency Management Operations Committee as we work to address the novel workplace challenges created by the pandemic.

Does this sound like you?
  • Undergraduate Degree in Business;
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (asset).
  • Over ten (10) years of experience with the following:
    • Program management, including experience leading large cross-functional programs in a technology and/or digital team;
    • Leading strategic initiatives in marketing, marketing communications or in an ad agency;
    • Leading strategic initiatives in Operation and/or Telecommunication, and/or with cross-functional, international teams (an asset).
  • Experience leading large-scale projects;
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders;
  • Understanding of the tools and disciplines for Agile program management and project management;
  • Experience in supporting Agile delivery teams with a diverse skill set and ability to thrive in a fast paced Agile environment;
  • Comfortable working in a technical environment;
  • Ability to:
    • understand the business value of technical initiatives;
    • foster collaborative working relationships, through leadership, embracing diversity and new ideas.
  • Expertise in problem solving and resolving issues in creative ways;
  • Adaptable, innovative and aptitude for out of the box thinking;
  • Aptitude for learning;
  • Ability to understand the business value of technical initiatives;
