Take your ambitions to the next level
The candidate will be part of the Project Control Office.
  • Be responsible for:
    • the planning and successful delivery of large projects with moderate risk, complexity and cross-functional business impact or multiple medium sized projects;
    • identifying and securing project resources and managing project schedules and budget to ensure that the project is delivered on time, on budget and within agreed-to scope, meeting or exceeding customer expectations;
  • Define project scope and deliverables, consistently adhering to predefined quality measurements to meet business needs and direction;
  • Apply strong project management techniques and skills combined with a large complex business environment in the implementation of the solution;
  • Be accountable to the project stakeholders and/or other project managers, applying strong leadership skills to remove obstacles and resolve conflicts;
  • Collect, organize, and analyze program status communications and provide guidance on communication management planning and process for the program team;
  • Develop and maintain a communication plan that aligns with the contract and keep internal teams and the customer aligned. The communication plan should outline accountabilities, outputs, frequency and flow of program communication;
  • Gather all relevant information from the projects and produce a customer communication package that is consistently sent and aligned to contractual requirements;
  • Ensure that there is only one source of project information through the PCO;
  • Develop and maintain internal status updates to working teams and dashboards to the leadership team.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form with internal teams and management;

  • Effective note-taking skills;

  • Detailed-oriented;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint;

  • Analytical skills;

  • The following qualifications are assets:
    • Process/workflow experience to enable the development of plans, process and procedures documentation;
    • Bilingualism (English/French).
  • Good communication skills in English, verbal and written. Languages required:
