The Oracle Healthcare Consultant will provide domain, functional and technical expertise required to effectively assist with EPM implementations in a Healthcare setting.  You will assist with aligning business processes to EPM needs, breaking down EPM content for healthcare business users/leaders, assist with testing regarding healthcare functional processes and assist with the outlining of reporting needs.

Does this sound like you?
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or relevant experience;
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time, although we are currently implementing solutions 100% virtually;
  • Experience with one and/or multiple Hyperion/Oracle Systems either in an on-premise or Cloud based solution:
    • Hyperion Planning and/or Oracle E/PBCS and/or fundamental Healthcare planning;
    • Financial reporting and Smart View and/or experience with Monthly Operational Reporting in a healthcare setting;
    • Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management (HPCM) and/or Profitability and Cost Management (PCM).
  • The following product experience is a must:
    • Writing functional specifications;
    • Testing and troubleshooting;
    • Interfacing with clients and business users.
  • The following functional Healthcare experience is a must:
    • Understanding of planning and budgeting in a Healthcare System;
    • Experience and/or general understanding of Healthcare operational and/or financial systems that a financial operations team may be working with;
    • Knowledge of healthcare terminology;
    • Familiarity with charge/billing related information in a Healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work independently and be accountable for results;
  • Strong team player with leadership capabilities - proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills;
  • Detail oriented, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to articulate solutions clearly;
  • Languages required:
    • English: 4/4
