Take your ambitions to the next level
As a Programmer Analyst, you will analyze, design, configure, develop, maintain, and evolve software products to meet the needs of the organization. You will be responsible for the quality and security of the coded solutions.

Your role will be to actively contribute to the development of large-scale systems, programs and applications by carrying out the integration and implementation, while leveraging your ability to master technology and anticipate innovations. You will analyze customer and partner needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions. In this regard, you will plan, prioritize and coordinate the work in order to keep the commitments made in line with the objectives to be achieved. 

You will contribute to the resolution of problems with a high level of complexity, requiring a comprehensive and detailed analysis and understanding of the business and the organization. You will provide leadership and systems expertise to your unit, clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop complex realization strategies, analyze, design, and document products or business solutions;
  • Ensure the analysis and development of software products, design, code, test automation and operations by applying good development, data and security practices;
  • Write process, frameworks and development methods. Ensure the development of documentation, preparation and dissemination of peer and consumer training;
  • Work in co-creation with business partners and architecture advisors to fully understand and achieve the integration of solutions representing business intentions and objectives;
  • Identify opportunities to optimize systems and the underlying impacts of change;
  • Analyze problems with high operational and conceptual complexity, determine the causes and follow up on system problems during major incidents, ensuring their resolution;
  • Ensure the installation and testing of software packages or applications.

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline;
  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience;
  • Required technical knowledge:
    • MVS Central;
    • Cobol;
    • VSAM;
    • IDMS;
    • CICS;
    • Easytrieve;
    • JCL.
  • Communication with teams in French. Level expected:
    • French: 4/4
    • English: 2/4
