Take your ambitions to the next level
  • Accountable for the planning and successful delivery of complex cross-functional projects with significant risk and business impact;
  • Take projects from original concept through to final implementation, championing the development of strong project plans while leading cross-functional multi-disciplined resources through the execution to deliver projects that meet or exceed customer expectations (on time, on budget and quality of scope);
  • Apply advanced project management techniques and skills combined with significant experience in a large complex business environment in the implementation of the solution;
  • Interface with project stakeholders and executive sponsors, applying exceptional leadership skills to remove obstacles and resolve conflicts;
  • Mentor less experienced Project Managers;
  • Prepare integrated deployment plans that include all aspects of a customer experience solution such as IVR, Voice, Data, Call Manager, etc. Apply PMI Standard for Project Management.
When it just clicks!
Does this sound like you?
  • 10 years of project management experience;

  • Experience in Finance;
  • Ability to:
    • interpret corporate strategies and translate them into practical project plans;
    • understand the needs of a business as well as the consumer contact system.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex, cross functional, cross regional enterprise projects;
  • Experience implementing IP Telephony and/or IP contact centre and other related telephony solutions;
  • Background in delivery of customer experience solutions for large organizations;
  • The following certifications are a plus:
    • PMP;
    • SNOW;
    • Scrum Master.
  • Experience with customer facing project management and service migration from one business operating system to another (asset);
  • Languages required:
    • French: 4/4 
    • English: 4/4
