Take your ambitions to the next level

As a SOAR Security Specialist, your mission will be to collect, from the cybersecurity operational teams (in monitoring, detection and response), the automation needs in order to understand them, analyze them, and develop and configure the appropriate modules in the SOAR orchestration system.

You will assume a leadership role with the various stakeholders. You will make recommendations regarding the development and execution of files. You will be called upon to interact with various cybersecurity teams. Interpersonal skills are essential. You will act as a consultant and content expert in your field.

  • Perform needs analysis;
  • Responsible for stakeholder engagement (working directly with the various security teams);
  • Responsible for continuous delivery development (Python language);
  • Configure the SOAR orchestration system;
  • Automate use cases and processes.

Does this sound like you?
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and a minimum of six years of relevant experience (please note that other combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered);
  • Knowledge of the project and operational environment;
  • Resourcefulness, proaction, self-reliance and ability to think outside the box;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, initiative to contact stakeholders to ensure a good understanding of the needs;
  • Ability to analyze needs;
  • Management of uncertainty and ambiguity in a constantly changing environment;
  • Understanding of cyber defense concepts and the various teams involved;
  • Experience developing with the Python language;
  • Knowledge of :
    • REST APIs;
    • Security tools and experience using security APIs;
    • IBM Resilient and QRadar tools or other SOAR and SIEM systems (an asset).
  • Communication with teams in French and English. Expected level:
    • French: 4/4
    • English: 4/4
