You may have seen customer insights in preview before, and now it will be generally available with this latest release. Customer Insights connects all your customer data in one place, highlighted with a dashboard to offer a 360 degree view of your customers. Functionality includes high level segmentation, lead scoring, merging identities and machine learning.
