The ability to have as many different schedule boards enabled you to filter down work orders and resources for a specific location and allows each dispatcher to customize the look and feel of their board.

3. Enabling Technicians with Mobility – the Dynamics 365 Field Service mobile app allows technicians to get all the information needed in the field - offline capabilities included (Phone interface depicted on right). The app also allows for location tracking of your resources (circled in red) along with geo-fencing and up to date analysis for managers and back office.
