In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding organizations through transitions in processes, technology and/or structure. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, develop strategies, and implement plans to ensure a successful change adoption across all levels of the organization.

  • Client collaboration:

    • Lead change management engagements through all phases of a project;

    • Facilitate working sessions and work closely with clients to assess their organizational needs and understand the scope of change.

  • Change strategy development:

    • Develop comprehensive change management strategies tailored to clients’ specific needs and objectives.

  • Stakeholder engagement:

    • Identify and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure their involvement and support throughout the change process.

  • Communication planning:

    • Lead clients through the development of clear and effective communication plans to ensure that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change initiative.

  • Training and development:

    • Design training plans to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes, technologies or organizational structures.

  • Change implementation:

    • Lead clients through the implementation of change initiatives, including monitoring progress, addressing barriers and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure a successful adoption.

  • Risk management:

    • Identify risks and obstacles to change adoption and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.

  • Performance measurement:

    • Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives;

    • Provide regular progress reports to clients.

  • Continuous improvement:

    • Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and processes;

    • Recommend improvements for future initiatives.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational psychology or a related field (master’s degree preferred);

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) (asset);

  • Proven experience in change management consulting, preferably in a consulting firm or corporate setting;

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and best practices;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically;

  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization;

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
