In this role, you will provide day-to-day support for Oracle HCM Cloud clients for Oracle Talent Management in the following modules: Performance, Goals, Learning, Workforce Compensation, Succession Planning, Recruiting, etc. You will be working with multiple clients across various industries, primarily healthcare.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced consultant with excellent multitasking and communication skills, who works well with a team and has a positive attitude. The primary role will be to handle support tickets, recommend and work on enhancements, optimize client processes, deliver training, testing and footprint expansions, roll out new features with quarterly releases, as well as provide remote post-production support for live clients.

Does this sound like you?

  • Minimum five years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM applications;

  • Minimum seven years of Oracle consulting experience (implementation or support);

  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Talent Management:

    • Performance, Goals, Learn, Workforce Compensation, Succession Planning, Recruiting.

  • OTBI reporting skills;

  • Ability to support clients via Microsoft Teams and using the Jira ticketing system;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;

  • Ability to organize and multitask, work with a team as well as independently and manage time effectively;

  • Assets:

    • Knowledge of Fast Formulas, various HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Benefits;

    • Healthcare industry experience.
