Take your ambitions to the next level

• Design the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system architecture according to customer requirements;

• Provide the knowledge and recommendations for the installation maintenance and upgrade of the system;

• Configure Dynamics 365 system, support data migration, and oversee the operation of secure and highly available platform servers and networks;

• Provide functional guidance on complex implementations included in the presale conversation nearing the SOW phase and in the sales-to-service process;

• Remain up to date on new features, functionalities, and knowledge of the following industries: process, discrete, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and building materials;

• Validate and approve complex customizations on assigned implementations;

• Provide guidance:

  • on add-on solutions and integration discussions,

  • on CRP planning, execution, and evaluation to implementation teams.

• Assist and empower junior consultants on implementations;

• Be responsible for four to six active projects with the following services enhancement billable work activities:

  • Assume responsibility for project overview and auditing:

    • Initiate the fit/gap phase review;

    • Conduct CRP and readiness assessments;

    • Ensure complex customization reviews.

  • Be responsible for the support and solutioning of projects;

  • Assist with implementation-specific complex issues;

  • Oversee implementations staffed by junior consultants.

Does this sound like you?

• Bachelor of Science or higher education;

• Over 10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including hands-on experience with globally delivered multiphase F&O implementation projects and on-premise implementations and environments;

• Previous experience within the manufacturing vertical: process, discrete, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, building materials;

• Strong technical architecture skills;

• Proficiency in highly available and scalable Dynamics 365 infrastructure architecture;

• Proficiency in business continuity and disaster recovery infrastructure pattern practices and implementation;

• Familiarity with relational database concepts;

• Ability to handle multiple activities in a dynamic and energizing environment;

• Ability to meet deadlines utilizing strong organizational habits;

• Excellent team-building, mentoring and leadership abilities with strong client services orientation;

• Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors;

• Excellent attention to quality and strong desire to succeed;

• Bright, articulate, and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
