Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Cloud ERP Developer, you’ll design, develop, and support integrations, extensions, and application components across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules. In this role, you’ll focus on building scalable solutions that enable seamless data flow, enhanced automation, and optimized reporting to support enterprise-wide operations. Leveraging your expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies, you’ll help streamline processes, improve system efficiency, and ensure high-performance, compliant ERP environments. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that thrives on innovation, knowledge-sharing, and technical excellence, delivering Oracle solutions that make a real impact. Your day-to-day

  • Design, build, test, and implement scalable Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, integrations, and reports;

  • Deliver high-quality software components aligned with compliance, security, and performance standards;

  • Drive the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to meet project goals and delivery timelines;

  • Create and maintain accurate technical design documentation in standardized formats;

  • Participate in technical sessions with business stakeholders to gather and define solution requirements;

  • Track development progress and issues using designated project and development tools;

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to coding standards, best practices, and team productivity.

Keys to your success

  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 2 or more full-cycle implementations in Oracle Cloud ERP across ERP, PPM, or HCM modules;

  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing large-scale integrations between third-party systems and Oracle Cloud;

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, RTF templates, FBDI, HDL, and Workflow tools;

  • Strong development experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Application Composer, Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS), and Redwood UI;

  • Deep understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and building ETL-based integrations using Oracle Cloud ERP APIs;

  • High-level knowledge of Oracle modules (AP, AR, GL, Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, OTL) and the Oracle Cloud Fusion Security framework;

  • Strong foundation in software development principles, performance optimization, and debugging, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues in Oracle Fusion applications;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Extra edge

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field;

  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, and BI Publisher in a cloud environment;

  • Exposure to Application Composer, Visual Builder, and Redwood UI in real-time project scenarios;

  • Experience mentoring team members or contributing to development best practices and code reviews.
