Position Overview
The Oracle Cloud ERP Senior Developer will provide expertise required to effectively implement and deliver Oracle Cloud ERP solution to our clients. These solutions involve implementing Oracle Cloud modules HCM, Supply Chain, and Financials, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Technical hands-on and understanding of Oracle Cloud (HCM, SCM, and FIN) – Tables and Data as well as structures
• OTBI
• HSDL/HDL
• REST API’s
• FBDI
• OIC- Oracle Integration Cloud
• MirthConnect
• Work with architects to define architecture models and design critical integrations
• Create technical specifications for detailed application design
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues
• Maintain code quality through unit testing
• Document code appropriately for maintainability
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure design principles are followed
• Act as mentor to others on programming issues
• Work with team members from beginning of product lifecycle through application release

Job Qualifications/Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations

• Experience with flexible, innovative, and fast paced work environment
• Superior communication skills: Written, spoken and presentation, with ability to communicate and interact with senior and executive level management and influence outcomes
• Previous Healthcare/Hospital industry experience a plus
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
