Your role, your impact
As an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead Consultant, you will provide day-to-day support for Oracle HCM Cloud clients, specifically across the Core HR, Absence, Compensation and Talent Management modules using the Jira ticketing system.
This role is open to candidates across Canada.
Your day-to-day

Work with multiple clients from various industries, primarily healthcare;

Manage support tickets;
-
Recommend enhancements;
-
Optimize client processes;
-
Deliver training;
-
Perform testing;
-
Implement footprint expansions;
-
Roll out new features with quarterly releases;
-
Provide remote postproduction support for live clients.
Keys to your success
-
Minimum 6 years of Oracle consulting experience (implementation or support);
-
Minimum 4 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM applications;

Functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Core HR, Compensation, Absence and Talent Management (Performance, Goals, etc.) modules;

Proficiency with MS Office products, especially Excel, Teams and Outlook;

Ability to organize and multitask, work with a team as well as independently and manage time effectively.

Experience with Learn, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll (US);

Redwood enablement experience;

OTBI Reporting skills, Visual Builder Studio (VBS);

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
