Take your ambitions to the next level

In this role, you will provide day-to-day support for Oracle HCM Cloud clients for the Payroll, Core HR and Benefits modules using the Jira ticketing system.

  • Provide services to multiple clients from various industries, primarily healthcare;

  • Work on support tickets;

  • Recommend and work on enhancements and the optimization of client processes;

  • Provide training, testing, footprint expansions, new feature rollouts with quarterly releases, and remote post-production support for live clients.

Does this sound like you?

  • Minimum of five years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM applications;

  • Minimum of five years of Oracle consulting experience (implementation or support);

  • Oracle Cloud Payroll functional expertise;

  • Assets:

    • Benefits, Core HR;

    • OTBI reporting skills;

    • Fast Formulas;

    • Other HCM modules such as Talent Management, ORC, etc.;

    • Healthcare industry experience.

  • Ability to organize and multitask, work with a team, and manage time effectively;

  • Ability to work independently with little or no assistance, self-learner;

  • Excellent multitasking abilities, communication skills;

  • Positive attitude;

  • Proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel, Teams and Outlook;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
