Alithya is seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented Oracle Cloud HCM consultant to join the growing offshore Oracle Cloud Applications Center of Excellent (COE) team. Your primary responsibilities will be to configure and build fast formulas, and load and validate data files in the Oracle HCM Cloud to meet the unique business needs of Alithya’s client base. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about consistently delivering great experiences and superior quality work products to our clients.

  • Work in tandem and effectively communicate with the onshore lead consultant;

  • Interpret the configuration workbook and configure the client’s environment based on specifications within the workbook;

  • Migrate configurations between environments;

  • Work on data migration activities, ensuring the accurate and secure transfer of payroll data from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud HCM;

  • Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions;

  • Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs and application extensions, and develop functional specifications for these deliverables;

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the proper functioning of configurations and integrations to ensure a smooth handoff to the onshore consultant;

  • Identify and resolve issues during the testing phase;

  • Work with peers to continuously improve the delivery model to provide optimal value to clients while increasing project delivery efficiency;

  • Work with and mentor junior-level associates to ensure their professional growth and ability to contribute to the company’s growth.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree;

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a functional lead role;

  • Oracle Cloud Payroll experience is required;

  • Experience with configuration, data conversions and fast formulas;

  • Knowledge of Cloud HCM processes;

  • Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers;

  • Self-motivated with an ability to plan work effort and manage priorities;

  • Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner;

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;

  • Assets:

    • Oracle certification;

    • Experience with additional modules (e.g. Recruiting, HR Core, Benefits, Absence);

    • Tax balance conversion experience;

    • Previous implementation lead experience.
