Your role, your impact
As an Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Principal Consultant based in Canada or the U.S., you will bring your creativity to life by contributing to meaningful projects that foster both personal and professional growth. In this role, you will collaborate with clients at both business and technical levels, delivering outstanding service while continuously expanding your knowledge to stay ahead of evolving strategies. You will be expected to see both the big picture and the finer details, uphold strong ethical standards, and ensure high-quality and timely project delivery. Please note that this role is open across the United States. Travel to client sites may be required up to 25% of the time.
Your day-to-day

Lead requirements and design workshops with the client to develop an overall solution architecture and strategy, requirements traceability matrix, and technical design documents;

Apply best and leading practices throughout a project, while providing Oracle EDM overviews and education to the client;

Translate requirements and design to Oracle EDM components, including application adapters, data chain objects, workflow, maintenance views and required integration;
-
Formulate business and functional requirements to set the direction for corresponding and complimentary solution delivery aligned to business goals;

Architect solutions and guide junior resources to accomplish the build on time with quality;
-
Communicate project updates and status to senior leadership levels;
-
Work in collaboration with engagement teams in the implementation of business-aligned and business-driven Oracle Cloud solutions;
-
Deliver Oracle EDM Cloud Services implementations, which include multiple source/target systems across EPM and ERP Cloud, on-premises, and Oracle and non-Oracle environments;

Lead and/or support testing and training programs during EPM Cloud transformations;
-
Work with the client throughout the entire project lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy).
Keys to your success
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, finance, accounting or a closely related field;
-
Oracle EPM Cloud Implementation Specialist Certification in one or more EPM Cloud applications (Oracle EDM preferred, or EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS);
-
Minimum 4 years of Oracle EDM implementation experience, including EPM Cloud and ERP Cloud integrations;
-
Minimum 4 years of relevant data management experience (data integrations, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data quality);
-
Experience with design and build of inbound/outbound automated feeds with Oracle EDM;
-
Experience with testing lifecycles and best practices (unit, integration, user acceptance, parallel), as well as with integration concepts and best practices around Oracle EDM, including imports, viewpoint loads, exports, and extracts;

Experience with integration technologies (EPM Automate, Pipeline, EPM Integration Agent, Cloud Data Management, Batch scripts, PowerShell, REST API);
-
Experience with data governance concepts and implementing data governance and approval workflows;
-
Business and functional expertise, including FP&A and Close & Consolidation processes, as well as strong knowledge of other financial business processes;
-
Proficiency in relational databases (Oracle DB, SQL Server) including relevant ETL solutions;
-
Strong understanding of dimensionality, hierarchies, attributes, and properties;
-
Excellent analysis skills and the ability to design processes and methodologies;
-
Understanding of Chart of Accounts concepts and best practices;
-
Strong knowledge of advanced Oracle EDM concepts including data chain/object model, node type converters, subscriptions, expressions, and validation solutions;
-
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business and technical clients.

Experience in other Master Data Management tools;
