Your role, your impact
As an Oracle EPBCS Lead Consultant, you will provide functional consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire cloud application service implementation lifecycle for Oracle EPM projects. You will collaborate with peers to continuously improve the delivery model, providing the most value to clients while increasing project delivery efficiency. You will also work with and mentor junior-level associates to ensure their professional growth.
Travel to client sites may be required up to 25% of the time. Please note that this role is open across the United States.
Your day-to-day

Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle EPM projects;

Work with companies on-site or remotely to deploy Oracle EPM;
-
Guide clients through Oracle delivered functionality, and advise them on best practices;
-
Map business processes to delivered functionality;
-
Document client requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing;

Maintain ongoing relationships with clients;
-
Lead small teams (2 to 4 people), as well as design sessions;

Create requirements and design documents.
Keys to your success
-
Bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent) or relevant experience;
-
Minimum 3 years of implementation experience, including analyzing and documenting business requirements, writing functional specifications, testing and troubleshooting, as well as interfacing with clients and business users;

Advanced Member Formula and Calculation Manager experience;
-
Experience with Oracle Planning Cloud (Strategic Modeling, Financials, Projects, Capital, Workforce);
-
Experience with Hyperion Planning (Projects, Capital, Workforce);
-
Experience with Smart View, as well as Management Reporting and/or Financial Reporting;
-
Familiarity with Project Management methodologies and Microsoft Project;

Proven ability to advise clients on high-level architecture, as well as technical capability to ensure alignment between functional requirements and the technical and functional specifications of each module;

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;

Ability to interact effectively with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to define leading practice business processes in budgeting, forecasting and performance management functional areas;

Strong team player with leadership capabilities, and proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;
-
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
