In this role, you will provide domain, functional and technical expertise needed to effectively implement Oracle EPM Planning Cloud and related technologies.

• Provide Oracle EPM Planning Cloud techno-functional consulting services related to Planning (development, navigation flows, basic data integration, business rules, reporting and security);

• Coordinate with the onshore resource to:

  • understand business requirements and design elements of a solution from both functional and technical perspectives;

  • delegate tasks to the offshore development team;

  • define the testing approach and acceptance criteria.

• Actively contribute to development activities;

• Manage Oracle EPM Planning Cloud offshore team members in consulting services and career development;

• Communicate effectively and deliver strong presentations;

• Proactively identify and communicate delivery updates to all project stakeholders;

• Demonstrate strong prioritization, sense of ownership and focus skills while multitasking with competing priorities;

• Mentor offshore developers through training, development and quality control of day-to-day activities for Oracle Planning Cloud engagements;

• Perform light project management and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within the established budget;

• Take part in key project activities (e.g., client calls or team collaboration sessions) that may fall outside standard business hours.

Does this sound like you?

• At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); 

• Minimum of 7 years of experience with Oracle EPM Planning Cloud, working as a technical lead or manager;

• Experience leading full life cycle Oracle Planning Cloud implementations for large, complex client delivery, with a deep understanding of underlying business processes;

• Strong knowledge of software development principles, processes, concepts and techniques. 

• Experience with Oracle Planning Cloud purpose-built modules including: 

  • Financials;

  • Workforce;

  • Capital;

  • Projects.

• Deep level of experience in Narrative Reporting or Management Reporting;

• Leadership capabilities with proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;

• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with teammates, while being accountable for results;

• Ability to work effectively in a remote model with clients and peers;

• Excellent verbal and oral communication, including presentation skills;

• Self-motivated with the ability to plan work effort and manage priorities;

• Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills;

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
