As an Oracle SCM Cloud Lead Consultant, you will provide day-to-day support to Oracle Fusion Cloud clients for Oracle SCM modules, specifically Order Management and Pricing. This is a functional application consultant role (not a technical role). Ideally, you are an experienced consultant with excellent multitasking abilities and communication skills, who works well with a team and has a positive attitude. The primary role will be to resolve support tickets, recommend and work on enhancements, optimize client processes, deliver training, etc. You will help the technical team provide solutions, document and test technical enhancements to Oracle Cloud, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and Workflows (RICEW).

Does this sound like you?

  • Minimum of eight years of:

    • experience with Oracle Cloud SCM applications and at least five years of experience with Order Management and Pricing modules;

    • Oracle consulting experience (implementation or support).

  • Assets:

    • Oracle certification in Order Management and Pricing modules (preferred);

    • Exposure to WMS (Logfire), Product Data Hub, Inventory, CPQ, Costing, Supply and Demand Planning, and Procurement suite (strong asset);

    • Distribution and manufacturing industry experience;

    • Experience with Oracle Cloud OTBI, BI Publisher, and other reporting tools.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve problems in a timely and effective manner;

  • Ability to organize and multitask, work with a team as well as independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment;

  • High-level computer skills and knowledge of the Office365 environment, including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication:

    • Ability to interact effectively with the team and clients through in-person meetings, chat, email, phone, and video conferencing, as appropriate.

  • Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a can-do approach.
