In this role, you will be responsible for providing business expertise, product expertise and appropriate technical support to assist the sales team through all stages of the sales process. In conjunction with Alithya sales representatives, you will be tasked with helping Alithya close new business and achieving booking sales quotas.

You will be expected to build and develop trusting relationships with Alithya Sales and Delivery, Oracle Sales, and our prospects and clients to ensure effective collaboration and enhance our goal of becoming a trusted advisor to our partners. This role is a pre-sales role, with a limited amount of billable activity.

  • Support sales in bids, proposals, and estimates. This includes, but is not limited to, discovery, scoping, estimation, sales presentations, and RFI and RFP responses;

  • Collaborate with delivery to ensure that estimates are timely, accurate, and actionable;

  • Support sales through the delivery of product and solution demos, including standard Oracle demos, custom demos prepared by the solutions consultant on behalf of a prospect, and Alithya’s own business content and solutions;

  • Deliver client-facing presentations during sales cycles, demonstrating ease in front of senior leadership and C-suite representatives;

  • Support marketing in content production and delivery – typically blogs, webinars, and conference events;

  • Engage in a limited amount of consulting activities to support delivery, including product education, executive dashboard/report development, and assessment/strategic roadmap (business analysis) support.

Does this sound like you?

  • 5 to 10 years of experience with financial applications and minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM applications;

  • Broad capabilities in Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM);

  • Strong background and understanding of financial applications, and domain knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM applications is ideal;

  • Strong technical knowledge;

  • Broad business skills and outstanding presentation skills;

  • Understanding of the market space;

  • Ability to:

    • perform under pressure and within tight time constraints;

    • maintain a positive attitude in front of the prospect or client.

  • Strong organization skills, initiative and attention to detail.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, particularly to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
