We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced training consultant specializing in Oracle technology and Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to clients’ needs, focusing on Oracle modules. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical background in the relevant domain.

  • Learning and enablement strategy:

    • Consult with clients to understand their learning needs and the strategy suited to their culture and environment.

  • Training program development:

    • Design and develop technical training programs, courses and materials based on the company’s products, technologies and solutions;

    • Ensure that the programs align with learning objectives and audience needs.

  • Delivery:

    • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through various formats, including classroom instruction, virtual classrooms, webinars and hands-on workshops, catering to different learning styles and preferences.

  • Content creation:

    • Create and maintain training content, including presentations, demonstrations, videos, job aids, lab exercises and user guides;

    • Ensure the content remains up to date with the latest product features and enhancements.

  • Customization:

    • Tailor training programs and materials to meet different audiences’ specific requirements, including employees, clients, partners and end users;

    • Adapt content and delivery methods as needed.

  • Evaluation:

    • Assess training effectiveness and participant performance through quizzes, assessments and hands-on exercises;

    • Provide feedback and guidance to learners to enhance their understanding and skills.

  • Feedback and improvement:

    • Gather feedback from trainees, stakeholders and subject matter experts to continuously improve training programs, materials and delivery methods, incorporating best practices and industry trends.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field;

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working in a technical training role;

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs, preferably in a corporate or educational setting;

  • Experience:

    • developing training content for Oracle applications;

    • implementing Oracle Guided Learning.

  • Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, such as learning management systems (LMS), virtual classroom platforms and multimedia authoring tools;

  • Assets:

    • Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS);

    • Training certifications (e.g., CTT+, MCT).

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders.
