In this role, you will partner with Alithya’s engagement leaders and consulting team members to assist with delivering high-quality projects within the established schedule and budget constraints.

  • Provide project financial information, including actual hour tracking and forecast to completion, to the project leadership team;

  • Facilitate the project status reporting process by delivering scheduled and upcoming work plans to the consulting team;

  • Monitor and escalate open issues and risks to proactively encourage issue resolution;

  • Create documentation and collateral materials in support of the project team:

    • This can include presentation materials, meeting summaries, and RAID log maintenance.

  • Support engagement leaders with the transparency and management of staff augmentation projects.

Does this sound like you?

  • Two to four years of relevant experience;

  • Technically competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email messaging tools;

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies;

  • Asset:

    • Previous experience with quality assurance.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal work direction;

  • Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, particularly to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
