Take your ambitions to the next level

• Manage each project’s scope and timeline;

• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups;

• Coach team members in Agile frameworks;

• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration;

• Act as the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders);

• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles;

• Help:

  • teams implement changes effectively;

  • build a productive environment where team members “own” the product and enjoy working on it.

• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint;

• Guide development teams to higher Scrum maturity.

When it just clicks!

Does this sound like you?

• Over five years of Scrum Master experience leading Scrum teams;

• PMP and/or Scrum Master certification (CSM) (asset);

• Experience in project/program management with a strong understanding of Agile project management principles and practices;

• Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values and procedures;

• Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills;

• Superior organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across teams;

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personality types.
