Your role, your impact
As a Senior Advisor, Global Employee Communications, you will oversee the development and execution of communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and align with the company’s goals. This role is global in scope, with a focus on both strategic planning (20%) and operational execution (80%). You will report to the Senior Director, Human Capital Business Partner.
Your day-to-day

Lead the creation and execution of effective, inclusive, and cross-cultural communication strategies to support internal teams and business divisions across the organization, while helping to drive change management and the successful adoption of internal programs through targeted communications;

Continuously improve the use of communication platforms, including intranet, email, and social media, to enhance employee engagement and information flow;

Oversee governance of internal communications, manage the global communication calendar, and ensure alignment and consistency across regions and divisions;

Plan and coordinate events (mostly virtual) such as company-wide meetings, town halls within divisions, and other strategic communication moments;

Help drive visibility and engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc. to enhance both employee and candidate experience;

Maintain high standards of communication quality in both French and English, ensuring accessibility and clarity across all messages;

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including close collaboration and alignment with Public Relations and Investor Relations colleagues, while leading and developing a direct team member.
Keys to your success

Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field;
-
Extensive experience in corporate and internal communications within global consulting environments (ideally IT);

Proven experience to align strategic messages with business goals, particularly during growth, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-cultural integration;

Experience with the integration of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) principles into communications to promote belonging and diverse perspectives;

Ability to craft compelling, inclusive content tailored to diverse audiences;

Strong business acumen demonstrated through stakeholder alignment, operational execution, and strategic people management;
-
Ability to lead multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
