Your role, your impact
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Cloud ERP Functional Consultant to lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions across Finance and/or Supply Chain domains. As a senior member of our consulting team, you will guide both clients and internal teams through complex implementations, lead functional workstreams, and contribute to business development and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will be instrumental in shaping transformation journeys through Oracle Cloud modules such as:

Finance: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Expenses (EXP), Lease Accounting (LA), Fixed Assets (FA);

Supply Chain: Procurement (PRC), Inventory Management (INV), Manufacturing (MFG), Maintenance (MTN), Order Management (OM), Supply Chain Planning (SCP).

Your day-to-day

Serve as a lead functional consultant on Oracle Cloud ERP projects, driving design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities;

Facilitate business process workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering sessions across multiple business functions;
-
Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud ERP best practice solutions that are scalable and aligned with industry standards;
-
Lead the configuration and deployment of Oracle Cloud ERP modules, ensuring compliance with business objectives and Oracle’s recommended practices;

Design and deliver robust reporting and analytics solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, SmartView, and FDI;

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and support training and change management activities;

Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on project delivery, documentation, solution design, and client interaction;

Act as the point of escalation for functional issues, ensuring timely resolution and quality assurance across all phases of the implementation;

Provide thought leadership and contribute to solution architecture, strategy, and continuous improvement our Oracle Cloud practice;

Participate in presales efforts including solution demonstrations, RFP responses, and client presentations;

Support and contribute to project planning, estimation, and risk management efforts.
Keys to your success
-
Bachelor’s degree;
-
Minimum 8 years of experience delivering Oracle ERP solutions (Cloud ERP, PeopleSoft, or EBS), with a strong focus on Finance and/or Supply Chain;

Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations in a functional lead or senior consultant role;
-
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships across all levels, including executives;

Deep understanding of operational financial and supply chain processes, with the ability to architect and optimize complex business solutions;

Expertise in Oracle Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, SmartView, FDI);
-
Strong skills in requirements analysis, solution design, testing strategy, and user training;

Demonstrated ability to track project deliverables, manage scope, and drive accountability within a consulting team;
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Extra edge

Master’s degree or relevant Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Financials Cloud, Procurement Cloud);

PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications;
-
Experience with project governance, stakeholder alignment, and change management practices;

Familiarity with sales processes and supporting business development efforts.
