As the Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Senior Consultant, you will provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Fusion/Cloud clients for Financials and Procurement modules in a helpdesk shared services environment using the Jira ticketing system. You will work with multiple clients from various industries. Your primary responsibility will be to provide postproduction support for live clients, with occasional opportunities to work on mini projects and footprint expansions. You will also have the opportunity to receive training and learn additional modules.

Does this sound like you?

  • Minimum of five years of Oracle consulting experience (implementation, upgrade or support);

  • Minimum of three years of Cloud/Fusion experience (implementation or support);

  • Subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Intercompany, PPM (Projects, Project Financial Management), Procurement;

  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud Reporting (OTBI);

  • Experience:

    • supporting clients via MS Teams and using the Jira ticketing system;

    • with SmartView.

  • Proficient in MS Office products;

  • Knowledge of Financial Reporting Studio FRS;

  • Strong organizational, multitasking and planning skills to service multiple clients daily;

  • Ability to organize and multitask, to work with a team as well as independently, and to manage time effectively.


Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, an advanced level of English is required, particularly to communicate on a daily basis with employees, managers and clients outside of Quebec.
