Your role, your impact

We are looking for a System Administrator, Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP, to join our dynamic team. This role requires profound technical knowledge and expertise in managing Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM and Oracle OIC systems, enabling them to ramp up quickly and efficiently. You will contribute to the seamless operation of our Oracle Cloud systems, leveraging your expertise to drive efficiency and innovation within our organization.

Your day-to-day

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations;

  • Implement and manage security measures to protect sensitive data within the Oracle Cloud system, and regularly review and update security settings and roles to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations;

  • Translate business needs into custom application roles and permissions within the ERP system;

  • Manage user roles and permissions to ensure secure access to system resources, while enforcing segregation of duties within Oracle Cloud applications to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure policy compliance;

  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to safeguard the Oracle Cloud environment and document system configurations, procedures, and processes for future reference;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Oracle Cloud solutions that meet business requirements;

  • Manage system upgrades, updates, and Oracle Cloud Console configurations for various Oracle SaaS and PaaS applications;

  • Coordinate the Oracle Cloud environment refreshes to ensure systems are up to date and effectively supporting business operations, including liaising with support and project teams to streamline the refresh processes and address any conflict that may arise;

  • Assist with ITGC and SOX audit processes for both internal and external audits.

Keys to your success

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field;

  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate certification;

  • Proven experience as an Oracle DBA or a strong technical background in Oracle systems;

  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP administration or Oracle SaaS and PaaS applications;

  • Strong understanding of ERP management, system integration, and cloud technologies;

  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud or a similar integration platform;

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues;

  • Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Extra edge

  • Certification in Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP or related Oracle technologies;

  • Experience working in public companies with an understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, particularly with ITGC and SOX audits;

  • Experience in ERP implementation projects and support;

  • Knowledge of additional Oracle cloud services and tools;

  • General knowledge of finance and human resources business processes.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
