  • Eliminating Supply Chain Latency by Integrating Cloud EPM and Oracle SCP

During this presentation, the presenter will showcase how supply and demand are managed via planning iterations between Oracle Supply Chain Planning (SCP) and Oracle Cloud EPM Planning. Oracle SCP demand plan generates monthly sales, labor workload/ capacity demand and inventory projections for finished goods, raw materials and WIP. These inputs from SCP are integrated into Cloud EPM Planning where full financials such as P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow, are generated by managing direct labor planning for capacity, standard cost rollups for Margin, inventory projection for balance sheet, and overall cash flow impacts owing to planning activities.

    How to build what-if models for evaluating supply chain sensitivity changes such as sales price, component purchase prices & direct labor demand.

    Build rolling forecast solution that allows to continually track actuals and to manage supply vis-a-vis a changing demand allocation.
