AAA Cooper Transportation, a privately held asset based multi-regional transportation solutions provider, turned to Fullscope, an Alithya company, to provide a single-source CRM that would provide account visibility to its sales team and improve user adoption. Prior to implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ACT was using a CRM system that was not user friendly, and was therefore ignored by their sales team. Once Fullscope introducted ACT to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, they found a solution that no longer gave their sales team anxiety and allowed their end users to better engage with their customers.
Fullscope's Black Belt Training
To get the most out of their investment, the ACT team participated in Fullscope's black belt training. According to Kathy Buchanan, CRM System Administrator at ACT, "Fullscope's black belt training really helped us to advance our knowledge and learn all aspects of the software to provide the best end user experience."
After partaking in the training program, ACT has continued to work with Fullscope on expanding the use of their Microsoft Dynamics CRM instance. As their sales team found great success in using it for over four years, ACT then worked with Fullscope to add 150 on-premise Dynamics CRM licenses for their customer service team. Next, ACT automated its Managed Services division, integrated Dynamics CRM with it's back office accounting system, and set up a module within Dynamics which handles pricing requests from sales territory managers.
