Humanity today faces an unprecedented challenge to slow the progression of the COVID-19 pandemic. The situation is pushing organizations all over the planet to put in place historic and drastic measures to contain the virus. As a company with operations in Canada, the United States and France, we are very aware of the international significance of the spread of COVID-19 on the well-being and activities of our employees and their families, our clients, our partners and our communities. Alithya has proactively put in place many measures as part of a three-pronged action plan focused on:

Our employees

As expert advisers and digital systems integrator, people are at the heart of everything we do. We are monitoring the evolution of the pandemic very closely and have taken the necessary measures to limit the health risks for our employees: reinforcing hygiene measures, implementing a teleworking policy, restricting travel, postponing events, and following all government required restrictions, among others. We have taken these steps to protect our people and their loved ones in order to support them no matter where they are.

We wish to also reassure our clients regarding our ability to intervene under the circumstances to ensure the continuity of our respective activities and the effective management of incidents, in a responsible manner. We are already taking action to implement emergency measures, business continuity plans, remote work and other exceptional measures for our clients.
