For several years, Alithya has participated in international recruitment missions to bring together talents from all professional and cultural backgrounds as well as to welcome them in a dynamic collaborative environment. Today, employees from over twenty countries are working together to contribute to the company’s growth, by developing technological solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Why recruit internationally?

Recruiting abroad allows us to find the expert and talented candidates from around the world, rather than being limited to a local geographic area.
